These are general simple Questions that are very much repeated and asked about a lot. We made this page so you don't have to call the office just to ask yes or no, or very simple questions. It saves your time and the shops time! Please read as you may find a question you have or may learn something you didn't know about us ( : 

 

  • Where does P&P get their merchandise?

We have multiple direct Chinese and Japanese warehouses that we buy from and stock here in the US. This is why when we showcase radios, showcase lighting and more, they are always brandless... To put it simply we buy merchandise from China before they get shipped to the USA and get branded by a different company

 

  • Is P&P Shop the same Company as P&P Customs?

Although it is technically the same company with the same team managing this website and online sales, we prefer to divide each into its own genre. Which is why the online store isn't called P&P Customs, rather P&P Shop, but yes we are the same company! P&P Customs is the physical shop in NJ and P&P Shop is online store.

 

  • How long is Shipping Time on these Products?

Shipping at times is hard to control so we don't like to promise a specific day on when your stuff will get there BUT would rather give a general week they could possibly arrive in, you will also be provided with Shipping Tracking Numbers of course. This is due to some of the merchandise coming from China meaning itll take MAX two weeks but if we already have what you need in stock then you should receive within a couple of days 

 

  • Are the prices seen on the website the same prices in Physical Shop?

For the most part... No. If you were to come into the shop and get the merchandise installed with us and buy it with us we tend to match the best price AKA the cheapest price you can find online since we will make our money with the installation. If we are selling online the products tend to go up just a tad bit to provide shipping and warranty over the products.

 

  • Are you guys shipping global or just statewide (only in the US)?

To be a global online shop is definitely a huge goal to aim towards in the future, we are only capable at the moment to only offer shipping and products ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the reason behind this is because we have yet to find a way to keep shipping cheap but also offer warranty over our products over seas. For example Id hate for something simple and small like LED reflectors' prices be tripled just because of the shipping. So its best for us to keep it statewide for now but soon global!
