About our Shipping Methods:
As mentioned on the front page, America currently has a tariff policy in place with China. P&P Customs Shop has a direct Chinese warehouse connections that fulfills our orders directly. In terms of our Android Radio Section our clients will be met with two different options after purchasing at P&P. Since the products are made in China clients can choose to get it sent directly to them but pay the tariff fee OR they can go through a third party shipper. The third party shipper takes longer but is tariff free. The product goes from China to Australia and then directly to the client! A work around that prohibits clients from getting charged the tariff BUT takes up to a month to get to the client. There is benefits and cons to each choice so it just depends on what the client deems is most beneficial! Although we have no control over policies America has with China, we still apologize for the inconvenience of having to choose when ordering at P&P.
This choice will be given after ordering an Android Radio (Does not Apply to Tesla Style Radios as they are kept in Stock) through email as the team reaches out to you about your order! The maximum two week shipping time REFERS to orders shipping time and not fulfillment time.
If you order a Tesla Style Radio from our store, the unit generally ships within a week IF in stock, if not then it can take a little longer. If you would like to confirm whether it is then you can call the shop during business hours and ask!
About our Warranty Policies:
All of our products automatically come in with a 1 year warranty with the purchase, this 1 year warranty covers any tech support needed, any programs needed, any replacement needed. Meaning in the rare occasion the radio acts up or a client needs help nothing extra comes out of the clients pockets. This warranty of course does not cover any Physical Damage so please take care of those units! If in any case a wire snaps from the main harness, or a clip breaks or the radios bezels gets damaged do no fright as these things are cheap and interchangeable. Just reach out to us to get a replacement, the head unit itself is what you really want to take care of! The 1 year warranty also covers money back IF the radio is malfunctioning and no solution can be given as well
We do not have a "Love it or Money Back" Policy so please ensure you ask all the questions you need to make sure you truly want this unit. If in the occasion you order the unit and it wasn't what you wanted you can still receive a refund for the product if the request is made in under two weeks of delivery time but Shipping Costs would be for the client to take care of. This is due to us having many insurances placed and all of the different processes we go through to get the units to our clients. It would be unfair for someone to use the radio for months and simply say I don't want it anymore! We aim to make videos of each head unit to help our clients learn more about our head units before buying to ensure they know what they are paying for. If you have any questions about the head unit that the videos do not answer do not hesitate to reach out!
